Summary of cleaning solutions for photovoltaic power plants!
It has been a consensus in the industry that photovoltaic power plants can greatly increase power generation after cleaning. How to clean the photovoltaic power station? I have referenced some literature and sorted out several cleaning solutions for photovoltaic power plants, and see which one is suitable for your photovoltaic power plant.
The first: manual cleaning (this is the most widely used method I have learned)

1. Labor and equipment costs
According to statistics, one person can clean 100m2 per day, and 1MW photovoltaic modules are about 6600m2, which takes 66 person-days. Estimated at 80 yuan per person per day, the labor cost of cleaning a 1MW module once is 5,280 yuan. According to the estimation of cleaning 3 times a month, the annual labor cost of 1MW is 190,000 yuan.
Mops and buckets are not considered for this fee.
2. Advantages
1) Low water consumption, about 1 ton of water per 1MW cleaning.
2) Low cost.
3. Disadvantages
1) Labor intensive and difficult to manage;
2) The difference in personnel level makes the cleaning process difficult to control and the consistency of cleaning effect is poor;
3) The cleaning efficiency is low.
4) Wear on the component glass, affecting the light transmittance and life.
The second: high-pressure water gun cleaning

mobile waterwheel

Buried pipe
1. Labor and equipment costs
Considering that 1 person cleans 300m2 per day, 1MW photovoltaic module needs 22 person days. Estimated at 80 yuan per person per day, the cleaning cost of 1MW is 1760 yuan. According to the estimation of cleaning 3 times a month, the annual labor cost of 1MW is 63,000 yuan.
If the mobile waterwheel type is used, the cost of a driver and a waterwheel needs to be added. The driver's cost can also be considered at about 63,000 yuan; the average cost of comprehensive equipment, the cost of 1MW is about 130,000 yuan.
If the method of laying water pipes is adopted, a large amount of up-front investment is required.
2. Advantages
The cleaning effect is good, relatively clean.
3. Disadvantages
1) The water consumption is large, the water consumption per 1MW cleaning is about 10 tons, which is not suitable for water shortage areas;
2) Some water guns have high pressure, which will cause component cracks;
3) Mountain power stations that are not suitable for vehicles cannot be used.
Section 3: Sprinkler System

1. Labor and equipment costs
The cost of spraying equipment needs to be increased by about 35~50 yuan per square meter, which is equivalent to the initial investment of 0.2~0.3 yuan/W.
2. Advantages
No need for manual labor, and the cleaning speed is fast; it is especially suitable for power plants such as rooftop photovoltaics where manual cleaning is inconvenient.
3. Disadvantages
1) The cleaning effect is not good;
2) The water consumption is relatively large, and the water consumption for each cleaning of 1MW is about 6~7 tons.
Item 4: Professional cleaning equipment

1. Labor and equipment costs
The price of each device varies greatly.
2. Advantages
1) The water consumption is small, and the water consumption for each cleaning of 1MW is about 5 tons.
2) The cleaning speed is fast and the cleaning effect is good.
3. Disadvantages
1) It is suitable for places with large distance between the front and rear of the module, relatively flat terrain and good geology;
2) With the non-linear motion of the vehicle, the pressure received by the components is uneven;
3) Professional technicians are required to operate.
Other cleaning methods:
1) With the rapid increase of photovoltaic power stations in various places, there are professional photovoltaic power station cleaning companies in various places, generally charging 0.5 yuan/m2.
2) For the places where it is difficult to get water, use the method of purging with compressed air. Compressed air purge.
3) Robotic cleaning.
